We're looking into camera options to monitor vacant properties being advertised for rent.

I think with your faith-based parameters, turnkey would be the safest option as long as paying for property management is ok.

Great source for learning the do's and don'ts of PM as well as national conventions to help grow your business. 

Some people go to Lake Lewisville/Dallas/Grapevine, but I don't hear about them spending the night and there are pretty limited options right on the water.I still hear a few people going up to Broken Bow/Hochatown, but that talk is way way down since about 2021. 

I'd want to know their rent projections, what needs to be done to hit those projections, and what could optionally be done to get even better numbers.

Hi Sharad, I would speak with the lender directly to see what your options may be. 

At this time, that would not be the best option for me.

I left numerous contact me letters to speak to the owner to discuss options and potentially cash for keys.
