I just spent a long weekend at Bermuda Dunes visiting my sister.

My sister is a marketing exec and told me it was awful and did a new one.

I plan to let my sister pay there and pay rent.  

hi braden. first I just wanted to say thank you for your service to our country it is greatly appreciated. we bought our primary residence 4 bed 1.5 bath 1100 sq ft for 5% down conventional loan we lived there for a year and decided we needed a bigger house. so we moved into a bigger house and kept our first house as a rental. we currently have it rented out for 650.00 a month (below market rent because my sister in law is renting it) and have negative cash flow.
