I can see rent control coming to some areas because of the general social movement towards the idea of more social benefits with no thought about what the impact/cost is.

Unfortunately not a lot of movement.

But it has slowed down quite a bit since Chinese govt has put restrictions on money movement leaving China. 

i don't know if we realize this but everyone is here but Debbie.We seem to care more about Debbie then Debbie cares about Debbie.We want to know what movement Debbie has done aside from being walked around by the  GURU people,  Debbie has to do something other then talking to the GURU company.

Survivors create a floor for greater growth in the future. if we continue to enable perpetual growth of inefficient systems then it means we build bigger houses of cards.

However, I would also argue that you need to know your average deal and see if their is movement in to different inflection points.

Just like I can laugh at Pennsylvania's crappy pothole roads and perpetual roadwork etc.
