Since this is my first time doing this, is that a normal response?

In fact, I just bought a new primary house and the process was harder than normal because I had to prove I had no lates for the past few years. 

I feel like my occupancy rates are pretty good for just starting out, but what kind of occupancy is normal during the first few months of this year?

It took almost three years of our lives, and we had no normal socializing (we avoided it, to be honest).

You normally don't find out how little you know until you are fully vested in a massive construction project, your contractor turns out to be a crook, your cash is dwindling, and your asset is illiquid.  

I don't gamble in the stock market.Isn't part of it, that you can create generational wealth by investing outside of a 401(k) into real estate and pass those houses down tax free to the next generation using the stepped up basis?

Min $275/month probably and maybe more like $475 so that kills the ROI normally.   

This property normally be rent out within few days by the first qualified candidate. 

I visited the site and the project was running behind, they couldn't add a second story, and the cost is about the same as normal houses. it's 100 houses total it's a super small fraction of the entire building market and there are more than 10 companies co-invested in it. faaaaarrr away from anything. the technology isn't there
