Has there ever been an embarrassing moment behind the scenes for the speaker on the show or anyone else?

If your NOT appreciating, that means your in a nightmarish scenario where operational expenses are out-pacing revenues and it's only a matter of time as those growing operational expenses cannibalize your cash-flow into oblivion, and into the red. 

I would be purchasing multi family properties, so I was also curious on what the rental scene looks like both price and demand wise.

"; "Access to our foreclosure/buyers/sellers/etc list . . ." that's such a secret that the government can't identify the names on that list--neither can those sellers (because the list doesn't exist); and I'll save the best one for last.My favorite gimmick of all--as an Ohioan transplanted to the East Coast--is when the marketers flash to that "ordinary" person from Ohio (or somewhere else in the Midwest), and then flash to that person surrounded by models, palm trees, and other cheesy, tropical scenery (that you know were either green-screened or PhotoShopped into that scene) with the steel drums blaring in the background.

If that's where you're running into a problem then I suggest looking into the travel nurse/tech scene for mid-term rentals. 

COVID has changed the office space scene and I feel that these REITs have further to drop although I may be wrong.

Imagine you're watching a movie, and there's a rooftop chase scene where they're running through people's hanging laundry and past television antennas ... those are flat roofs.
