Wholesaling Commercial Real Estate
Hello everybody. I'm new to the real estate scene and wholesaling commercial real estate has caught my attention. I'm currently working as a travel nurse in Wisconsin and was wondering if anyone here could possibly help me get started?

There really is no market to wholesale commercial real estate. Most of it goes through commercial brokers as its such a unique asset class and buyer set.
To put it another way, in 25 years I have never met a successful commercial wholesaler.
