So I'm insistent because I felt like I must be misunderstanding or overlooking something that others understand better...and again that's why I'm here.Their claim is that it's secured by this real estate, but yeah, that part I wasn't seeing was some sort of filing with a county and the ability for me to foreclose one way or another.
