I gave an interview to Axios last December where I predicted that average commission rates were likely to go higher due to due to the likely outcome of the class action suit.Sure enough, a settlement was announced months later, and sure enough average commissions rates have been inching higher, and will continue to do so.

In my opinion if you have a large position in hard money loans, it's the only way to go, unless you want to be continually doing due diligence on new loans as old ones come due and payoff.

There are people still moving to TN, which will continue to push pricing up, and while most of the country has seen rents either flatten or go down, most of these markets have done pretty good.Problem is in the short term it may cause an affordability problem, especially in the smaller markets that don't have enough building.
