If you look at other cities that have rail access to Boston for example Worcester and Brockton there have been significant improvements in their home values and economies in direct relationship.I am currently buying 24 more unit in Fall River and will continue to invest in the southcoast for years to come. 

However, when you mentioned leads in directly dealing with home sellers, how do you get leads like this without the competition?

I know at the end of the day, the value will be returned to me that I provided to that client, maybe not directly but indirectly for sure. 

I am looking for a service in direct mail where we can work with a professional that specializes in direct mail, preferably with a focus on real estate investing.
