Certainly priced right, you could probably raise the price a bit IMO...Thoughts: I would add more color....not a fan of grays for this very reason...dull and drab.

I'll discourage you from doing anything illegal, unethical, or approaching a gray zone. 

@Kris Russell, I would recommend painting the exterior a medium shade of gray and painting trim/doors white - this should also increase the value, so you should recoup the cost.

Looks good against a soft gray.

A few good men with gray hair mentored me when I was in my 20s, starting a business, and thought that I knew everything.

This place would look stunning and modern if you made the following changes:- Replace painted wooden floor with LVP, can have it match the kitchen's or make it a popular color like gray- Lose the wooden table- Add a tv stand + tv on the wall opposite of the black chairs- Get a bigger coffee table

But as a wholesaler definitely read all the gray and all the boring verbiage so you could avoid being threatened like this in the future if you haven’t so Already.
