Are you talking about outdoor electrical outlets that are attached to the framework of the houses? 

I'm surprised you have enough time to work/invest with all those outdoor hobbies, sheesh!

With the units being pretty small but the weather being so good, we are trying to make sure they have a good, private outdoor area.

Demand for housing is up because people want more indoor and outdoor space (not interest rates).As soon as manufacturing resumes 100% and people return to spending money on travel, dining out, and entertainment the material costs will drop.

That said, we have always found that cannibalizing the outdoor space if demand for typical storage is there always wins out.I don't think pods is a good option for you at the start as that is an entirely different business model.
