NO thoughts LOL, When I am contacted by several to buy a franchise, to me it felt like and MLM,  😂 I think people buying the franchises just aren't aware of what it entails & when they realize it still requires work to succeed they start freaking out

If they loose subsidy and lease is voided, does that entail a normal eviction?
