Here in NYC properties listed with say Eastdil Secured, Eastern Consolidated, CBRE, Cushman-Wakefield they will tell you that buyer pays buyer's commission.

I believe you should be able to achieve those kinds of numbers in Eastern WA, specifically the Yakima area, but it isn't something I've looked into too much myself.

I can tell you that in Eastern Mass I am seeing very few "deals" which means that anything that could be a deal is selling for more than it should due to multiple bids.

I'm looking mainly for single-fams and multi-fams in eastern Massachusetts (from Worcester, east) for both flips and buy and hold.

My first instinct was to try look over in Eastern Washington but I still feel like the price points and rental rates are better in more of the midwestern cities.

Looking for houses inside the north and eastern side of the beltway.

I dont have an answer but its an issue and with the younger generation forgoing the trades I suspect its not going to get better .If I look at my Oregon trades its heavy to Hispanic  with Russian eastern block doing all of our flooring and hard surfaces in the home. 

Other than the bank is slower to respond than individuals most of the time.Lawyers are used in eastern states to close transactions.
