Relocating a client to Maryland

Hey everyone!

I am looking for contacts that work in rent to own for Maryland.  I have a client that I am trying to relocate upon the purchase of their home in DC.  Long story short... the family has some credit issues because of unpaid student loans that was cosigned for.  Other then that debt, they have stable income and little other bills.  They will clear $100k+ after the sale of their home with ALL bills paid.

I am looking for a rent to own solution to move them into upon the sale of their house in DC.  Looking for houses inside the north and eastern side of the beltway.

Thanks!
