You also have to publish your articles of organization in the county where your LLC will do business.  

One sheet with some pics will go well but also any estimates that are organize will go a long way.

This may or may not be the case where you are but for sure your HOA is probably organized as a legal corportation (probably non-profit).

LOL...West coast buyers and investors just don't understand how a property can appraise for a number but never sell for that on MLS>. and it only hits those numbers if sold off market by highly financed or organized marketing companies..
