@Karina Oliveira I’m in big bear CA market it has a few thousand properties 4,500+ currently and it’s a lake and ski market that’s the closest skiing to LA and San Diego with relatively consistent demand the worth month of the year is 5% of the years total revenue and still cashflow for us.
