I bought this cabinet for $40 from HoH.

I roughed framed the new tub location and installed a rough opening for a new built-in style medicine cabinet along with additional blocking for towel bars and future accessories. 

Custom cabinets? 

I will probably even build some more cabinets this summer in my shop.

With "newer" you avoid issues with LBP, you might have longer life left on a roof, HVAC systems will be in better shape, kitchen cabinets still in good condition, etc.

If it weren't for that floor height difference between there and the kitchen, I would suggest moving the patio doors to the adjacent wall in place of the window, and extending the kitchen into that space, adding more cabinets along the back wall and a nice big island.

Talking about concrete in the pipe lines, ripped out electrical, holes in the roofs, destroyed foundation, destroyed walls, flooding the house with water, ripping out and selling all the cabinets, and selling the appliances.

.$1,550 to repair flashing, gutters, soffits, replace dryer lines, fix fence in the backyard, replace one damaged cabinet, and a bunch of smalls items like lights, switch covers, etc.$2,450 replace or repair missing and damaged drywall, patch, sand, and paint flat white with glossy baseboards, trim and doors.$550 for a new microwave and frig.Just a tad under my 8k estimate to rehab.
