The drains were not clogged when the house was rented out so I would think it is automatically the tenants fault.

You can pay the lowest payment, usually starting around 1%, reason you you would want a product with 1% is because if your renter moves out or leaves you are still able to cover the mortgage payment without draining your personal accounts.

You probably don't want to hear this but....the person uphill has the water right of way...so the only way to check this is to have your lot surveyed to find out what the FF (finished floor) Elevation line is of your lot relative to the property that is draining to your friend's.

I say this because you can get much more done that way than just trying to block off time to read a book, which is more time-consuming and audio is something that you can do passively, while driving and working out, or whatever.

Including the ability to check the rest of the block if you want for values nearby, and checking if they were sold recently.i find that i use it a lot.
