They do prefer to be somewhat close to a hospital, but walking distance isn't necessary unless you're in a very urban area where parking is difficult or they'll take public transportation.

I believe that if we buy in the right neighborhood (gentrifying but not quite there yet, close to public transportation into the heart of Boston) that the rents today will allow us to hold it for a few years until rents and prices start to appreciate.
