House Hacking Philadelphia

Hey BP,

Moving to Philadelphia this summer and planning on trying out a house hack. Girlfriend is going to Drexel University Med School, and we are complete strangers to the area. Hoping to get some insight on some decent neighborhoods in the area around the school (North Philly area) or a reasonable daily commute. I travel a lot for work so general safety is a main concern of mine. Open to any and all suggestions, I’m new to this. Thanks in advance!

We do a Thursday night REI Zoom for Philly with a lot of investors looking to house hack. It's free and there is no pitching. Look up Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing III in the Events. 8 PM on Thursday. We talk about areas on the rise and on the fall, what you can get for your money, how to value add, etc.
