@Bradley Lewis  As others said not too strict assuming the class of rentals and tenants is C+ or better.We used to have a minimum score of 625 and some income flexibility but the requirements have slowing been rising over the past 10 years as more and more laws are changed that make it more and more difficult to protect the owners properties (IE can't get rid of bad tenants).I wish I could still give people the benefit of the doubt but the current laws make that impossible.I'd rather have a vacancy than a bad tenant I can't remove.
