Some of the finishes are a a little sloppy, but all-in-all, it is nicer than most apartments in WeHo, and it comes with a big backyard.Driving around the area, the businesses looked old and distressed - old auto repair shops, no fancy restaurants, a Wal-Mart, some Mexican restaurants.

I have my music artist career as well, so I'm thinking doing this house hacking in LA area (maybe Korea town area or around that place), not in PA to make relationships with people who are into music & meet my relatives, which also can generate my resident place in LA and it can make me go back and forth between LA & PA whenever I want.

All of our stuff still looks great after 5 years of guests.Some of the things in our house were custom made locally and we have a traditional Mexican hutch that is quite wonderful and very well made (rustic though).

@Charles Large I am fully aware of the economic changes that are coming to Mexico, the political influence is and will definitely have a massive impact on investors' portfolios.I was recently reached by a Mexican investor looking to bring most of his reserves to town due to all of this.

Tell them you have a zero tolerance policy with guests for loud music or any neighbor disturbance.That's the kind of stuff they want to hear.
