I have done a pretty extensive video course, however, with my very own dulcet tones as the voiceover--- you could listen in the car, but only if you promise you won't look at your smartphone's screen while you're driving 😲  -- or maybe take the train instead?

I would consider doing my own renovations, and potentially get licensed as a contractor and find my own clients.I want to take distressed industrial/commercial spaces, and convert them into storefronts or creative spaces for small businesses, cowering spaces, artists, musicians.

Within each section there are different parts played by individual musicians and together they produce the overall desired sound.If you look at the 1400+ pages of the D-F Act you might notice how many different sections and musicians are involved to orchestrate the desired tone and intent of the law.

I'm currently an unemployed independent musician due to COVID -19.

A musician?

My meetup network has 5-6 of us who were all musicians, which we find pretty amusing.

You'll find some that do both, there is some Chef's who are also great musicians, that doesn't means Chef's are musicians. 

I'm also a musician, a drummer and singer (influences from Neo-soul, soul, R&B old and new school, Gospel music, hip hop, salsa, bachata, jazz).

(Life is much simpler when all the musicians are reading from the same sheet of music.)
