Hey All

(Fyi i'm copying the wording of another post because both are situations are almost identical)

Not sure if this is the place to ask some questions about the market in New Jersey, if its not, please direct me, thanks!

I'm looking for guidance on buying a Multifamily home in Central NJ. Im looking at what I should be budgeting for. I have enough saved for 3.55% down payment. Both me and my wife's credit scores are above average.

We're looking for some type of guideline to follow for a budget on a home based on our specific income situation. My Wife's income is in the 60$k - $70k before taxes right now. I'm currently an unemployed independent musician due to COVID -19. Any help goes a long way!

Thanks

Shawn H.
