With an ARV like that and needing to demo and clear the aftermath, I feel like an investor would have to get it for free lol.

I would be interested in an Invelo demo as well.

Owners didn't see the value in the lot, because the demo and water liens were so high, that they were fine to just get anything - because they had already given up.

Dont forget the cost to demo existing home, pre HUD homes are illegal to move in some places.

Also, do the math - does demoing your current house + paying off the current mortgage immediately, then getting a construction loan make sense?

New bathrooms (2), new kitchen, relocated the laundry room, new floors, paint, AC unit, etc.We had a heck of a time demoing the house and redesigning the layout, but other than that this was a super easy and fast project.
