Modesto or Stockton, Fresno, Sacramento, Central Valley?

I am a real estate agent, I work closely with wholesalers, and do syndications here in the Rio Grande Valley.

A recent client of ours owns a home in Valley Stream and also has a STR in the Catskills (Napanoch).

@Josh Young We're looking at San Tan Valley and the Eastside of Queen Creek.

Obviously, the sweet spot of Bloomfield Ave is between Valley and Grove St, and on the West Side of it.

There’s also good opportunity in the Coachella Valley, namely Indio and the surrounding cities.

What would you do if u had 20k in dept,and you really want to get in to a triplex or 4plex & house hack it with no money down in silicon Valley near San jose towards the northThank you guys so much for a the free knowledge.......

This brings us to those cities and counties in and around the Shenandoah Valley.  

There is an 18billion dollar gas plant that is being built in Brownsville on the Port and is expected to bring in 5k new jobs. https://gcaptain.com/nextdecade-finalizes-18-billion-investm...I'm also told that Rio grande valley is booming in growth around areas like Mcallen and brownsville.
