I'd listen to Arron Mazzrillo if he produced any content but he's got hands full I'm sure.Since most real estate agents fail within five years due to infrequent sales, I'm not bullish on becoming a real estate agent, unless I use the credential to get into property management of which I do have a background in.So far I'm a bit undecided between escrow officer or property management.

Have money to invest undecided to start small 2 hrs away where houses are starting in the low twenty or partner up and start flipping 

I am looking, but this is the only lowest selling property in the area with a potential, but of course it is not cash flowing, hence my being undecided.

I currently have my house on the market for $225k and I have been offered $205k and I pay half closing; $4k.We had another couple look at our house today and they might want to put in an offer, but are undecided according to our agent.

Hi guys,I have a choice here and I'm undecided on which financing I should use.

I'm also looking into another property purchase this year and undecided on which place to choose. 

Secondly, I am undecided on how much of a down payment I should put down.

Undecided on whether to put both our names on the mortgage or just hers.
