Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

There are some “hot button” topics on BP which bring out “knee jerk” reactions and sometimes incorrect assumptions from some of us long time and frequent participants.  

Shedding more light on the topic of affordable housing in general... 

I have never been to a Tony Robbins event (and no big interest tbh) but it seems Rod used some of the ideas that he placed between MF investing topics to keep people motivated.
