@Jared FigueiraWelcome to the site.The best way to get involved in the industry without any capital is to ad value to others via sweat equity.I would look into getting a real estate license.

Everyone's toes should be fine as long as you are upfront with your intentions when responding to ads or getting Sellers to "sell" cheaply to you.Be sure your own understanding of ARV does NOT rely on Craigslist!
