My major was Television Production and Technical Theater and I feel more prepared for Real Estate than Business Majors who are not Extroverts that talk to over 100 people a week about real estate.....  

How is the cultural arts (theater, music scene, art shows, etc? 

It is no more money to add the extra room and we would have a sleeper in the family room and possibly a sleeper in the theater room.
