HOA's were losing tons of money during the downturn and lobbied the State Legislature for help.

Are there activities in town such as parks, museums, theaters, colleges, highly rated school districts, etc.

One thought, I've been involved in an older office building, a mid sixties building, and the lobby (renovated) and common areas needed to be addressed, at least for budgeting.

A movie theater, shopping, restaurants and town center type area is going in across the street and should be opening at the end of next year.

No theater.

It was stated that if you were a licensed RE Agent you are ALLOWED to engage in the practice (with disclosure) while, being unlicensed, you are not (fair or not, the NAR is a powerful lobby).  

They decide, "The lobby needs new furniture" before fixing a back-up water pump, so one day the main pump goes and boom, no water pressure.

In other words, does it include shared/public areas such as lobbies, stairwells, storage etc.
