I understand what you're technically saying, but it's a bit misleading to imply that multi-unit properties under 5 units are completely synonymous with single unit properties as it pertains to their assessed value.

That said, Inman puts on their Inman Connect event and I'd hate to have a similar name.Perhaps there's something along similar lines that works . . . a synonym of connect or network that makes sense.
