now people that are just taking advantage of the money so that they can buy new cars or just have a good old party time for a year, I have gotten to a point where I really don’t have any sympathy for them.

Just wanted to offer my sympathies after what happened to your community in Boulder yesterday. 

I will say this again, I made a lot of research, the VAST MAJORITY of back rent is non covid related, it's just taking advantage of the situation and its not A secret at all..The solution in my opinion is, to unite together and start lobbying... we gotta get the word out, the media should speak about what landlords go through, the politicians should understand that they are just building an economic crash with their own hands.Real estate is currently lacking; lobbyists, sympathy, good media coverage, awareness, unity...How much would the politicians think before banning airlines, why?

Also, since it's a renovated duplex,  I don't think they bad-mouth us, and if they did, they wouldn't  get anything sympathy when everyone else is jealous of their interior

I think this is why I got no sympathy from R.

If you end up having to evict them, a sick older person will get more sympathy from the court.
