Detailed Summary: In June 2023, WealthAbility swindled us out of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS with the use of deceptive practices, false promises, and largely inaccurate claims of providing a "full-service" detailed and customized wealth and tax strategy plan, guidance for plan implementation, tax preparation and filing, and much more with a rigorously vetted CPA and support team.

I always ask these monetary questions to begin with before I ever join, as I have also been swindled in the past.

I dont think it is right, nor holds integrity for a so called wholesaler to swindle an unbeknownst property owner into selling for pennies on the dollar, only to turn around and sell to a so called investor at or near market value.  

If anything, it looks like you are trying to swindle your tenant not the other way around.

So this happened in Detroit....And you did not foresee or expect this kind of swindle behavior ahead of time.Lots of red flags here along the way.Ask other local based owners who they would use vs picking someone at random.And learn to pay in draws--with lien releases.

I feel like I’ve been swindled and it’s revolting but this house wasn’t worth it. 

You should consider your gut to be a lying, cheating, swindling, diseased-ridden basehead prostitute.

It's great to be charitable, but think of all the good you could do for people who really deserve it if you weren't swindled out of money all the time.
