We pay more than we probably should on our 2/2 condo BUT the HOA president quickly became a friend ;) as she lives in the building next to the unit we own and now helps us with property management (for free) and does an awesome job at community maintenance, so it mades the fees an easier pill to swallow.

I see it that me being as experience as I am I made a serious error in not asking that one question and that question cost me personally 80k+.It was a tough one to swallow but a investment lesson I will never "EVER" make again hahahaha
