Have them compare to those transactions that survived in court. 

I am in survival mode and hopefully things go as planned you are right, it’s really a game of who can screw up less than who can hit the jackpot most, I guess I got cocky and put 10k without inspection think that’s a sure thing 

In a saturated market everyone barely survives so what I have learned is that you have to bring something new and different.

Not sure how the tenant survived.

If they survive that hurdle the voucher is based on income so the tenant responsibility portion can change.

When you look at Florida as a whole for STR, you want to focus on the areas that have always survived and thrived on excess tourism.
