Additionally, I’m unclear on how their ARV analysis is conducted since most properties can be found on Redfin or Zillow — does it involve an in-person visit, or is it purely data-driven using comps and suggested repairs?

Also - is it appropriate to add a contingency related to this in an offer - specifically something like "earnest money will be returned if property soil is not found suitable to support 15 RV pads" sort of thing?

The units have an intercom / door buzzer that allow visitors to buzz an individual apartment, speak with the tenant, and then the tenant can buzz them in through the entry door and into the building. 

That's ok as long as the growth in visitors continue.

I think 3 per side but you could do 4 if the cost isn't much different and switch that room to an exercise or visitor room if that doesn't work.  

My struggle is the prospect of potentially giving up control, having the choices of team memebrs made by this company for example.Obviously, at the point where I see the potential members of the team to not be suitable anymore, I can definitely look for others, but i'm still finding it to be uncomfortable.What do you guys think of potentially partnering with this type of company, and what would you do if you were in my shoes?
