I have not stolen them (which requires an intent to deprive the owner of them).

No garage is a bummer but certainly not a deal breaker.....Most people don't use dining rooms any more anyway.....If the numbers are that good, I'd go for it.... copper just gets stolen.. no egress out the back I guess thats code.. ?? 

They keep having you send money but I found out the money was going to someone they had to turn around and send to Bitcoin.

I have caught fraud's with this, and actually found some were legit but someone else had been using/stolen there identity and able to alert an applicant to such on there report. 

I’ve heard of stories where people verified with fake IDs and stolen credit cards and went into homes and stole appliances and furniture. 

Even then, you should consider pushing for a collection to see if you can collect on the thousands he's stolen from you.You should also consider hiring a property manager.

I also invest in stocks but I missed the  opportunity with Bitcoin and NVDIA.

while a big problem with his program is that rehab money was stolen.. but these are the same areas and homes that are  continually recycled.. by failed landlorsdsyou would be money ahead to forget about rentals if all you can afford or want to afford is high crime areas.. 

Is a rental company not deemed negligent and responsible if items in a property are stolen for not securing a property when failing to rekey all exterior locks after an eviction or move out?

We had a $600k+ title claim after lending on a stolen house due to a forged grant deed.
