I'd start by giving all residents the required notice (usually 24 hours) and go inspect the units as quickly as you can. 

I would like to start connecting with lenders, attorneys, realtors, title companies, and all other professional in the SATX commercial real estate market.  

Now she's starting her own Interior Design business and has become entrepreneurial.
