What's holding me back at the moment is that my sister and I own the property jointly through our separate SDIRA accounts and I'm not clear on how complex the move would be and how long it might take, how much longer we'd need to have the property vacant before getting all this set up right...Not sure, for instance, whether we'll be able to move the property with the same owner percentages into the LLC.

Was the grantor competent to sign the deed or does the fact that she was 98 years old and in a nursing home when the evil sister (ES) had her sign the deed that left out her other daughter and son render her subject to claims of incompetency to the undue influence of ES?
