If you have a tax accountant already, verify that he/she is expert in real estate deductions (track your mileage and expenses, depreciation, loan interest deduction...) and ask for simulations.

My services are tailor-made for my investor partners and the system I use makes it a lot easier to simulate several scenarios, gauge heat maps, grants/initiatives within overlays, ward councilors or selectmen, liens/title etc...There's so much data that you literally have to tell me what you want to know or what you only want to see because the rest will just be noise.

A number of these offer simulators and other methods to gauge how certain decisions may affect my credit.In short, a new personal loan(including inquiries, impact to avg acct age, etc.) and paying off all of my credit card debt may bump my score roughly 70 points, an amount that may otherwise take me over 6 months to achieve if I were to simply try to pay off my CC debts aggressively.
