I notice that when I drive under the power lines while listening to a radio station from far away, it gets very fuzzy and scrambled.

Guess this is one of those cooling points where the scramble to bid and buy fast simmers along with the seller's eagerness to negotiate / lower their asking.

If I decide not to buy then you are scrambling to find another buyer.One option is simply to auction it.
