I didn't realize you were talking about doom and gloom articles from famously pessimistic hedge fund pundits like Paul Singer, who has been calling for another crash ever since 2008 (according the the article you linked, along with a few articles that are several years old and have about the same chance of accurately predicting a crash now as they did back then, I guess).
