I would think I'm small potatoes for them and the form 3115 is so ridiculously thorough that i think it all but negates audit but we shall see :).I will report back when/if i get it and what the timeline was/is, I was holding out hope that someone had some information on this but its been crickets.

This issue has occurred several times at different properties: tenants complaining that the AC isn't cooling to a ridiculously low temperature when the ambient temp is about 40 degrees warmer.

@Nina PenuelaOne of the things we have seen, specifically in Ohio and Indiana is local building authorities target out of street owners with ridiculous fines and make life miserable.Had one where the porch light was out and charged a $50 fine.Another one claimed grass was not cut because it rained for 1+ week and did a $400 fine.

We used to charge an extra refundable pet deposit added to normal deposit for a pet, but once the ESA online thing got so ridiculous, we just raised our security deposit requirement across the board so we're more protected even if someone has an ESA or tries to get an ESA once they move in.

I don't know about you, but that seems ridiculous and extremely dangerous to me.

And nobody in their right mind would ever charge in 5min increments, that's just ridiculous. 

I know people say this often about their states, but I found Burlington ridiculous.  

We have been much more heavy handed with a few folks who I think were being totally ridiculous, but if it is still going on this week, we may be missing a few. 

We recently found a licensed contractor reasonable enough that we now call him for things that aren't an emergency, initially saved us thousands off management's estimate for repairs due to a break-in during a turnover (apparently management calls an outside contractor to quote potential insurance claim repairs, and he was beyond ridiculously expensive).
