I personally have a small 1200 sq/ft warehouse with garage door, lobby/front room, restroom. 

I know I wont be able to do anything major, but i was hoping to fix the kitchen and or restroom. maybe re paint the house and some rooms.

I have a unit advertised for rent.. this applicant checks out as well as to be expected but my concern is that she uses one of those walker/sitting chair thing-gies ( sorry, that's my best description) well my unit is on slab and don't have any high steps or stair areas but I don't want to open myself up to any of those (I've fallen and can't get up) type issues.I currently do not have grab bars in the restroom or any other place on the property.

So, we've been hoping to eventually put in restrooms.

If it sits close to the road I suppose one could mistake it for a public restroom during one of their evening strolls.

Our ideal space would be small office/business friendly small office or suite type arrangement with shared facilities - conference room,kitchen, restrooms etc.  

I was going into this project with the intention of renovating the inside of one side and eventually doing the same to the other, but now I have shifted my intention to get the mother in law suite up and running as soon as possible since it needs a full restroom and a kitchenette to get it to a studio apartment status.
