Thank you for your response yes the purchase price is correct it was a auction property that was forgotten and fell into repository at the county everyone just turned a blind eye to it.

@Ronnie Wilson After digging around on the tax assessors website, I didn't find out if the house was up for tax lien sale, but I did find that there are about five other houses on that street that were up for tax lien auction, didn't sell, and are now on the repository sale list.

My recollection is that the mobile homes tend to get little to no bidding at the tax sales, and so they end up in the county tax claim bureau repository list.And if an ejectment action is required, that could end up costing more than the mobile home did at the tax sale ...
