There are also a few RE groups there but they seem mostly geared towards agents vs investors.

I have regrouped and started organizing my spending, call back backs, and everything else associated with wholesaling.

I have begun connecting with local RE groups and will reach out to Iman this week.

Apparently there are a ton of specific RE groups on their that meet regularly in my area.

You could pay back the HELOC in full after your next property and then regroup and decide if that was how you wanted to move forward before you pulled the money back out to do it again.Your return on the first one is okay, but 10% is not enough to justify leveraging yourself significantly to repeat.

If you are on the same page great, if not then regroup from there on what you want to do. 

Once you decide on the the Province and City, then you can join those RE groups.

It's too difficult, so I want to regroup and focus more on local investments.
