My attorney friend asked me if I have ever bought a junior lien to which my response was no, but I would definitely be interested.My goal would be to buy both the junior and primary liens and re-arrange the financing so that it was all consolidated into one payment at a lower interest rate to me, in which then I would sell the note to a lender or help her refi out of the loan payment to myself into a loan payment to another lender.My questions for anyone (preferably if there is an attorney out there with experience in this space) are:1.

. :)  Our STR is small only one bedroom and we've got a queen in the room with 2 couches that both fold-out, technically we could get 6 in there but we'd have to rearrange furniture to do that LOL!..

I've found this plan constantly rearranging because of my county's regs and what I'm allowed to do.

If you need to rearrange space, a draftsman can draw plans, though I doubt even that would be needed. 

My expectation is that, if M&M even publishes this chart again in a year, the cities will be rearranged all over the place, because, again, it will be based on what happened in 2018.

I will rearrange my schedule and take a personal day to distress so that the next day I am alert and focused, or sometimes a nap will do the trick.

We aren't talking about major reconstruction, it's mostly plumbing, electrical, and rearranging and separation of utilities.  

If you find that incompatible with major life goals, you need to rearrange your priorities.

It was a pain in the *** to get this fixed but I finally did, thanks to some friends who were kind enough to help me re-arrange the entire garage and get the car in there (a whole day of work for 3 of us).
