you shouldn't even be using word and excel. office in general slows down the computer. i use office libre or open office.takes a little used to since it's a different look, but for moderate use, it's amazing.i like 10. i had printer driver issue, but the internet helped me solve the problem.

The barrier to entry for some tenants without a convenient printer or fax machine would be a barrier enough to make some of them avoid the whole process from the start.
