I have landlord policies for my rental properties in TX and AL states, but I am not able to get an umbrella policy form my current insurance company, because I do not have car insurance and primary residence in US, as I am not a resident in US.

The idea is to convert a multi-family building into condos; but not in the traditional sense where you separate pre-existing apartments into their own condos; but in a way where you combine the common areas of all of the apartments in that whole building, and turn the individual rooms within those apartments into condos themselves; thus transforming the hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, porches, balconies into common areas of the condos.

They will be your BOG (boots on the ground) to be able to view the property.I will say that I did buy my current primary residence abroad and it wasn't fairly complicated, I would just do some things differently than I had initially anticipated if that makes sense.

That being said, I had competing issues. 1) my wife and I are buying a new primary residence (much to my chagrin), and 2) in december, we bought a condo rental that is currently being renovated (a much lighter project) and that process is also a little stressful.
